Im Gegensatz zum Challenge-Test, der dazu dient, die Wirksamkeit des Konservierungssystems nachzuweisen, bewertet der DGT die <strong>mikrobiologische Reinheit<\/strong> des Endprodukts. Diese Analyse ist unerl\u00e4sslich, um die Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualit\u00e4tsanforderungen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, die sowohl in der europ\u00e4ischen Verordnung (EG 1223\/2009) als auch in der Schweizer Kosmetikverordnung (OCos\/OSAV) festgelegt sind.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"content-visibility-auto\"><p>Das Verfahren beginnt mit der Entnahme einer repr\u00e4sentativen Probe aus der Charge. Diese wird anschlie\u00dfend verd\u00fcnnt und auf selektive N\u00e4hrb\u00f6den aufgetragen, die f\u00fcr das Wachstum der m\u00f6glicherweise vorhandenen Bakterien, Hefen und Schimmelpilze geeignet sind. Nach einer kontrollierten Inkubation (in der Regel 24\u201348 Stunden f\u00fcr Bakterien und 3\u20135 Tage f\u00fcr Pilze) werden die sichtbaren Kolonien einzeln gez\u00e4hlt. Anhand der Anzahl der Kolonien (CFU \u2013 colony-forming units) l\u00e4sst sich die Gesamtkeimzahl des Produkts berechnen und \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob sie unter den gesetzlichen Grenzwerten liegt (z. B. &lt; 10 CFU\/g f\u00fcr Produkte ohne Konservierungsstoffe oder &lt; 100 CFU\/g f\u00fcr Produkte mit einem wirksamen Konservierungsstoff).<\/p><\/div><div class=\"content-visibility-auto\"><p>Die DGT liefert somit ein direktes Bild mehrerer kritischer Faktoren:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Fertigungsqualit\u00e4t<\/strong>\u202f: Es zeigt m\u00f6gliche Kontaminationen auf, die w\u00e4hrend des Produktionsprozesses eingeschleppt wurden.<\/li><li><strong>Hygiene vor Ort<\/strong>\u202f: Er spiegelt den Sauberkeitsgrad der R\u00e4umlichkeiten, der Ausr\u00fcstung und des Personals wider.<\/li><li><strong>Einhaltung der GMP<\/strong> (Gute Herstellungspraxis, ISO 22716): Es best\u00e4tigt, dass die Gesundheitskontrollverfahren ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df angewendet werden.<\/li><\/ul><p>Da das DGT die mikrobiologische Realit\u00e4t jeder Charge misst, muss es durchgef\u00fchrt werden <strong>auf jeder hergestellten Charge<\/strong>. Diese Wiederholung gew\u00e4hrleistet, dass die gesamte Produktion den Anforderungen an Sicherheit und Stabilit\u00e4t entspricht.
