Die PPWR: Eine europ\u00e4ische Verordnung, die neue Auflagen f\u00fcr
Verpackungen<\/h4>

Der PPWR (Vorschlag f\u00fcr eine Verordnung \u00fcber Verpackungen und Verpackungsabf\u00e4lle) ersetzt die Richtlinie 94\/62\/EG.

Ab 2030 muss ein Mindestanteil an recyceltem Kunststoff in Verpackungen enthalten sein.
Kunststoffe:<\/p>

  • 30 % f\u00fcr PET-Verpackungen (au\u00dfer Einwegflaschen)<\/li>
  • 10 % f\u00fcr andere Kunststoffe (au\u00dfer Einwegflaschen)<\/li><\/ul>

    Wiederverwendbare Verpackungen (Frist: Februar 2025)<\/strong><\/p>

    Die PPWR f\u00fchrt Ziele ein, die die Wiederverwendung von Verpackungen f\u00f6rdern sollen. Jede Verpackung
    ab dem 11. Februar 2025 in Verkehr gebracht werden, gelten als wiederverwendbar, wenn sie eine
    in der Verordnung festgelegten Anforderungen. Insbesondere muss es strenge Kriterien erf\u00fcllen
    in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Hygiene und Nachhaltigkeit, um eine optimale Wiederverwendung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und gleichzeitig
    die Unversehrtheit der Produkte gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>

    Harmonisierte Kennzeichnung (Frist: August 2028)<\/strong><\/p>

    Ab 2028 wird ein einheitliches Kennzeichnungssystem eingef\u00fchrt, um die Sortierung von Verpackungen zu erleichtern.
