Diese Initiative zielt darauf ab, die Art und Weise zu ver\u00e4ndern, wie Unternehmen mit Lieferketten interagieren, indem strenge Standards hinsichtlich der R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit und der Umweltauswirkungen von Rohstoffen auferlegt werden. Ab dem 30. Dezember 2025 m\u00fcssen Unternehmen schrittweise bestimmte Verpflichtungen erf\u00fcllen, wobei f\u00fcr kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) eine zus\u00e4tzliche Frist bis zum 30. Juni 2026 gilt. Diese Verordnung wird ab 2028 alle f\u00fcnf Jahre regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcberpr\u00fcft, um ihre kontinuierliche Anpassung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p><h4 class=\"docx_heading3\"><strong>Der Kosmetiksektor: Eine wichtige strategische Herausforderung<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"docx_bodytext\">Die Kosmetikindustrie ist von dieser Verordnung besonders betroffen, da viele g\u00e4ngige Inhaltsstoffe wie Palm\u00f6l, Kakao und Soja im Mittelpunkt der Problematik der Entwaldung stehen. Diese Rohstoffe, die oft mit Entwaldung in Verbindung gebracht werden, m\u00fcssen strenge Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen, um auf den europ\u00e4ischen Markt gebracht oder exportiert werden zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p class=\"docx_bodytext\"><span class=\"docx_strong\">Hier sind die wichtigsten Herausforderungen, denen sich Kosmetikmarken stellen m\u00fcssen:<\/span><\/p><ul><li class=\"docx_bodytext docx-num-1-0\"><strong><span class=\"docx_strong\">Verbesserte R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit:<\/span> <\/strong>Geografische Daten m\u00fcssen pr\u00e4zise, \u00fcberpr\u00fcfbar und stets auf dem neuesten Stand sein.<\/li><li class=\"docx_bodytext docx-num-1-0\"><strong><span class=\"docx_strong\">Kriterium \u201cNull Entwaldung\u201d:<\/span><\/strong> Kein Produkt darf von Fl\u00e4chen stammen, die nach dem 31. Dezember 2020 abgeholzt wurden. Bei Produkten aus Holz darf die Ernte nach diesem Datum nicht zu einer Sch\u00e4digung der W\u00e4lder f\u00fchren.<\/li><li class=\"docx_bodytext docx-num-1-0\"><strong><span class=\"docx_strong\">Einhaltung lokaler und internationaler Gesetze:<\/span><\/strong> Einhaltung der Gesetze des Herstellungslandes sowie der weltweiten Normen.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"docx_heading3\"><strong>Ein L\u00e4ndervergleich: Wer ist gef\u00e4hrdet?<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"docx_bodytext\">Ab dem 30. Juni 2025 wird die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission eine Rangliste der L\u00e4nder nach dem mit der Entwaldung verbundenen Risiko erstellen. Es werden drei Kategorien definiert: <span class=\"docx_strong\">hoch, normal oder niedrig<\/span>. Alle aus diesen Rohstoffen hergestellten Produkte m\u00fcssen die folgenden Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen:<\/p><ul><li class=\"docx_bodytext docx-num-3-0\"><span class=\"docx_strong\">Keine Abholzung.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"docx_bodytext docx-num-3-0\"><span class=\"docx_strong\">Einhaltung der Rechtsvorschriften des Herstellungslandes.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"docx_bodytext docx-num-3-0\"><span class=\"docx_strong\">Erkl\u00e4rung zur Sorgfaltspflicht<\/span> die die Konformit\u00e4t der Produkte bescheinigt.<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"docx_heading3\"><strong>Wer ist von der EUDR-Verordnung betroffen?<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"docx_heading3\">Die<strong>\u00a0<span class=\"docx_strong\">Betreiber<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>(Unternehmen, die Produkte vertreiben oder exportieren, die mit Entwaldung in Verbindung stehen) m\u00fcssen ein System der Sorgfaltspflicht einf\u00fchren, das die R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit und Legalit\u00e4t der Produkte gew\u00e4hrleistet. Diese Unternehmen m\u00fcssen au\u00dferdem einen j\u00e4hrlichen Bericht \u00fcber ihre Konformit\u00e4t ver\u00f6ffentlichen.<\/p><p class=\"docx_bodytext\"><span class=\"docx_strong\">Die <\/span><strong><span class=\"docx_strong\">kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU)<\/span><\/strong> profitieren von einer gewissen Flexibilit\u00e4t.
