Juli 2023 wurde die Verordnung 1545\/2023 zur \u00c4nderung der Kosmetikverordnung 1223\/2009 ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die am 17. August in Kraft treten wird.<\/p>\n<p>Diese neue Gesetzes\u00e4nderung stellt zweifellos zus\u00e4tzliche Herausforderungen f\u00fcr unsere Unternehmen dar. Die Verordnung 1545\/2023 f\u00fchrt strengere Normen f\u00fcr die Sicherheit von Inhaltsstoffen und Formulierungen f\u00fcr Kosmetikprodukte ein. Sie \u00e4ndert Anhang 3 (Regulierte Stoffe) der Kosmetikverordnung 1223\/2009, indem sie die Anzahl der allergenen Stoffe von 24 auf 82 erh\u00f6ht. \u00a0Diese 58 zus\u00e4tzlichen nat\u00fcrlichen oder synthetischen Stoffe m\u00fcssen auf unseren Etiketten angegeben werden, sobald sie in unseren Produkten in Konzentrationen von mehr als 0,01 % f\u00fcr abwaschbare Produkte und 0,001% f\u00fcr nicht abwaschbare Produkte enthalten sind, wie zuvor.<\/p>\n<h4>Zu diesen Stoffen z\u00e4hlen unter anderem die folgenden nat\u00fcrlichen Substanzen:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c4therische \u00d6le und Extrakte aus:\n<ul>\n<li>Atlaszeder<\/li>\n<li>Kiefer<\/li>\n<li>Patchouli<\/li>\n<li>Rose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Die Absolues der Verveine<\/li>\n<li>Das \u00e4therische \u00d6l von:\n<ul>\n<li>Zitrone<\/li>\n<li>S\u00fc\u00dforange<\/li>\n<li>Eukalyptus<\/li>\n<li>Minze, gr\u00fcne Minze und Pfefferminze<\/li>\n<li>Narzisse<\/li>\n<li>Sandelholz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sie m\u00fcssen als solche gekennzeichnet werden, aber auch die anderen darin enthaltenen Allergene m\u00fcssen gegebenenfalls angegeben werden. Bei \u00e4therischem S\u00fc\u00dforangen\u00f6l m\u00fcssen beispielsweise nicht mehr nur die Allergene Limonen und Linalool (falls vorhanden) angegeben werden, sondern auch \u00ab..., Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Oil, Limonene, Linalool\u00bb (falls zutreffend) angegeben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Auflage k\u00f6nnte erhebliche Anpassungen unserer Kennzeichnungsprozesse und Aktualisierungen unserer Prospekte erforderlich machen.<br \/>\nEbenso sieht die 51. \u00c4nderung der IFRA neue Beschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr ein Dutzend Duftstoffe vor. Dazu geh\u00f6ren insbesondere Geraniol und Eugenol, die in unseren Produkten sehr verbreitet sind und deren Grenzwerte nach unten korrigiert wurden.<\/p>\n<h4>Z\u00f6gern Sie nicht, sich zu informieren <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laboratoireslelegard.com\/de\/2023\/07\/31\/veroffentlichung-der-51-anderung-der-ifra\/\">unser Artikel<\/a> bez\u00fcglich der durch den 51. \u00c4nderungsantrag vorgenommenen \u00c4nderungen.<\/h4>\n<p>Wir verstehen vollkommen, dass diese neuen Vorschriften als Einschr\u00e4nkung unserer Aktivit\u00e4ten empfunden werden k\u00f6nnen.
